FEEDBACK COMMITTEE
The feedback collection process aims towards the continual improvement of academic and administrative facilities available in the campus. This ensure that the students have an enriching learning experience. The feedback are collected from various stakeholders (employer/parent hospital, students, faculty, parents, alumni, graduates, CSR and public) for continuous quality improvement in the courses taught and facilities provided.
The distribution, collection, analysis and corrective action of the filled feedback forms are collected for each year through offline & online mode. The feedback template are made available in the website for stakeholders’ views.
The Feedback Committee responsible for collecting and analysing feedback from various stakeholders such as students, teachers, parents, employer and alumni about the curriculum and students’ satisfaction on the facilities and amenities provided by the college. The collective feedbacks are summarized and analysed for the corrective measures and continuous improvements.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
The Feedback Committee, established by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), regularly gathers feedback from a diverse range of stakeholders, including students, teachers, parents, alumni, and employers. This feedback is meticulously collected, analyzed and subsequently used to provide valuable suggestions and recommendations to the relevant authorities or decision-making bodies.
Objective:
The primary aim of this process is to accurately assess the influence of the institution’s efforts, at every level on its diverse stakeholders. The institution is committed to ensuring that the benefits of its initiatives are effectively delivered to all stakeholders. To achieve this, the feedback committee systematically collects feedback and utilizes statistical analysis to identify trends. These insights, derived from the opinions of the stakeholders serve as a basis for the feedback committee to take appropriate actions and make informed decisions.

Methodology:

- Feedback on the curriculum is obtained from students through the Feedback Forms filled offline.
- Parents’ feedback is collected during Open House or PTA meetings or
- Alumni feedback is collected either during alumni meetings or through online
- Teachers provide their feedback through offline feedback
- Employer feedback is collected either in person or through online
- Once collected, the data is compiled and analysed through Microsoft Excel Package by the feedback committee and brings to the attention of the IQAC for further analysis.
- The statistical data derived from the feedback is then presented before Departments, the staff Council, and the management Committee to incorporate additional suggestions based on this feedback.

- Feedback from Employer/ parent hospital is collected using forms rating the performance of students in clinical area.
- College conducts an orientation program for Pharm & Pharm D First-year students and their parents to share the working model of the system. The parent feedback is collected at the parent-teacher meeting. Feedback is collected from parents using a structured rating scale.
- Feedback from students is also, obtained twice in a year through a feedback system which also provides anonymity, thereby giving students an opportunity to speak their mind.
- Student’s feedback about course, teachers/teaching, and overall satisfaction about the various facilities in the college like College infrastructure, hostel, hospital, offices are also collected and suggestions for improvement are asked for.
- Graduate satisfaction survey is also conducted using forms, to get the feedback and opinions of graduated students of the college.
- For interacting with alumni, institute has a registered Alumni Association and conduct alumni meet once a year to share their experiences, progress of the alumni and discussing with them about how the alumni can associate with the institute to empower and motivate their juniors. Alumni feedback is obtained using Google forms and offline.
- Feedback from Public is also collected from the community people obtaining services extended by KVM college of Pharmacy for continuous improvement and contribution to the promotion of health and prevention of diseases in the community.

- In addition to these, a suggestion box is placed in the college to obtain suggestions from the students and by the Grievance Redressal Committee, proper actions are taken.
